Spritedex ("the app", "we") is a free tool for viewing and tracking a Fortnite Sprite collection. By using Spritedex, you agree to these terms. Spritedex is a fan-made project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Epic Games, Inc. Fortnite is a trademark of Epic Games, Inc.

Use of the Service

You may use Spritedex to track your personal Sprite collection. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service

Account Connection

When you connect your Epic Games or Discord account, you authorize us to access the information described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke this access at any time through your Epic or Discord account settings.

No Warranty

Spritedex is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be available, accurate, or error-free. Your collection data may not perfectly reflect your in-game inventory.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spritedex and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Third-Party Services

Spritedex interacts with Epic Games and Discord APIs. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for any third-party services.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA/UK) to use Spritedex. By using the service, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
